1.2 The service is provided based on a prior agreement between ChemMastery and the student, whether for individual sessions or monthly subscriptions for intensive programs.
2. Use and Content
2.1 The student must use the service in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in their region.
2.2 The student is responsible for not redistributing or copying the educational content and acknowledges that all educational materials are subject to ChemMastery's intellectual property rights.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment details and fees are detailed in a separate agreement or during program registration.
4. Security
4.1 ChemMastery takes appropriate security measures to protect information and content from loss or misuse.
4.2 The student is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and not sharing it with others.
5. Technical Support
5.1 ChemMastery provides basic technical support to ensure continued access to the online educational services.
5.2 Any additional modifications or customized services are determined by a separate agreement.
6. Termination of Service
6.1 Both parties (the student and ChemMastery) may terminate the service based on prior agreement or for specific reasons, such as failure to attend or violation of the terms.
6.2 In the event of late cancellation or unjustified absence, ChemMastery has the right to deduct the session fee.
7. Changes to Terms
